This February, we joined forces with Move & Meet again but for a very special Galentine’s event. Stepping away from the traditional romance of Valentine’s Day, this gathering was a dedicated celebration of friendship, creativity, and deep self-care. It was a day curated to honor the powerful connections we share with the women in our lives, at Soul Studio in London.

A Sanctuary for the Soul in Berkley Grove

Guests were welcomed into an intimate morning at the beautiful Soul Studio, a space that instantly set the tone for relaxation and connection. With its calm energy and serene atmosphere, the studio provided the perfect backdrop for a day of slowing down. The only agenda was to connect, create, and nurture ourselves and each other—all while enjoying delicious treats from Roots to fuel the morning.

Illuminating Glow & Inner Peace

A unique highlight was the fusion of ancient healing and modern technology. Guests experienced a deeply restorative sound bath with the talented Cass, allowing the resonant frequencies to wash away tension and quiet the mind. Following the sonic journey, we explored cutting-edge wellness with a Project E Beauty LED Red Light Therapy experience, using our best selling LumaLux Face working to revitalize the skin from within and leaving everyone with a radiant, post-treatment glow.

A Day of Creative Connection and Calm

Throughout the morning, guests moved through a thoughtfully designed flow of activities:

A Self-Love Journaling session with Jaidy, focused on themes of gratitude, self-love, and the power of female friendship, providing a moment for personal reflection and intention-setting.

An interactive Guided Floral Workshop creativity blossomed. Each guest designed their own beautiful bouquet to take home, a living symbol of the beauty in their lives and the friendships they were celebrating.

Move & Meets & The Glow Projects: Looking Ahead

Events like this are at the heart of what we do: creating sacred spaces where a community of inspiring women can come together. By blending the soulful practices of journaling and sound healing with the innovative wellness of red light therapy and the tangible joy of floral design, we crafted a Galentine’s experience that was as nourishing as it was beautiful. Most importantly, it was a morning of making beautiful new connections and friends. This Galentine's Day was a perfect blend of timeless friendship and modern wellness, reminding us all that the most powerful love story is the one we share with our friends—and ourselves. ❤️
